PerfectHairColor Data deletion

PerfectHairColor has no account, sign-up or sign-in. The App creates a random app user ID on your device that is used for purchases and analytics.

On your device

Deleting the App removes the data the App keeps on your device. Images you saved to your photo library stay there until you delete them.

Data on our server

Copies of images sent for hair detection may be saved on our server for quality review (see the Privacy Policy). To ask us to delete them, email support@satoapps.com and include:

• your device (iPhone or Android) and the app version;
• the approximate date and time you used the App; and
• a screenshot of the result, if you have one.

We will delete the copies we can identify and confirm by email. Because saved copies are not tied to your name, the date and time help us find them.

Other providers

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google; cancel them in your store account. Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Firebase keep their own records under their policies; see the Privacy Policy.
